ACCOMODATION
Rooms in the hotels during the Conference (4-5 September) should be booked through "EXPO 2000 Ukraine" Ltd. according to the categories given below. Due to the limited number of rooms in the holes located close to the Conferece site it is highly recommended to reserve as early as possible. Special discounts will be offered by "EXPO 2000 Ukraine" for hotel roomes booked prior to 1 August 2008, for the period of The Conference. Hotel reservations can be made throgh the Registration Form.
Conference participants who use the help of their diplomatic missions or other representations in Kyiv to reserve hotel rooms should be provided all relevant information to the organisers of the Conference, including the name of the hotel and the duration of stay. Please, take into account that the prised listed below apply only to the duratio of the Conference. In case of cancellation or a change of participant, please inform "EXPO 2000 Ukraine" Ltd. by fax or email. The last date of changes to be introdused is 29 August 2008.
If the delegation of the participating country would like to have services necessary for the delegation during the Conference (accommodation at hotels, transportation, interpreters, quantity and the aspect of the telecommunication, additional equipment for the office, etc.) they have to e-mail or fax to "EXPO 2000 Ukraine" Ltd. an Application Form indicating the quantity and type of extra services. Booking hotel rooms is done during on-line registration; here you can choose among the hotels which we offer.

Prices are per room, per night and include breakfast and hotel taxes.
Heads of the delegations will be offered accomodation in 4-5 stars hotel, unless requested otherwise.
TRANSPORTATION
Official Carrier
Exclusively for the participants of the Conference "Ukraine International Airlines" Air Company provides a special return trip for direct flights from Eurupe to Kyiv. Please note, that airport and other taxes are not included.
Ukraine Interhational Airlines operates direct flights by Boing-737 aircraft from the following destinations in Eurupe: Amsterdam, Berlin, Frankfurt, Rome, Zurich, London, Helsinki, Paris, Vienna, Brussels, Madrid, Barcelona and Lisbon.
They can also provide for special rates from other destinations in Europe to Kyiv for joint flights with partner companies.

Local transportation service for participants
Participants will be provided with the following transport:

head of the delegations (VIP) - passenger cars of VIP class for the whole period of the Conference.

members of the delegations will be provided with the transfer airport - hotel at the day of arrival and hotel - airport at the day of departure. Also transfer hotel - International Exhibition Center - hotel will be provided during the Conference. For this purpose comfortable minivans and buses will be provided.

During the Conference the restaurant of national Ukrainian cuisine will be working on the grounds of the International Exhibition Center, where participants will be able to enjoy delicious lunches with a wide choice of dishes, strong and soft drinks and refreshments. All possibilities will be provided for the participants to organize presentations, friendly, meetings, banquets and receptions, office, delivery of hot and strong drinks, refreshments, mini snacks. Moreover, during short breaks snack-bars will be at participants' disposal.

BUSINESS CENTER AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS
The Computer-center with permanent Internet access will be available for the participants of the Conference. The International Exhibition Center provides for unlimited Internet connection at the speed of 10 Mb. Participants will also have accessto city, intercity and international telephone lines.
The Copy and printing center will be available for the participants during the Conference period.

MEDICAL SERVICES FOR THE PARTICIPANTS OF THE CONFERENCE
"MEDICOM" Clinic will provide the full scope of medical services to the participants of the Conference.
On 3-5 September 2008, a first aid point with qualified medical personnel will be present at the International Exhibition Center for the participants of the Conference, and will be working from 8 a.m. Moreover, there will be a "MEDICOM" Ambulance car parked just outside the International Exhibition Center, with all the necessary equipment for providing first aid.
Participants should ensure that they have all necessary medical insurance. In the event of hospital treatment, participants without medical insurance will be required to pay for their treatment in cash.
